Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this site, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to paradizerender.com.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Sorokach Vladislav, registered as a sole proprietor (ФОП) in Ukraine, trading as PARADIZE RENDER STUDIO.

What we collect, and why

The contact form: Your name, your email address, the subject if you fill it in, and your message. We use them to read your enquiry and answer it. Nothing else.
The AI consultant: The messages you type into it. They are sent to Google's Gemini service, which generates the reply you see. Please do not put anything confidential into that conversation.
Your language choice, and an unsent message: Your language is stored in your own browser so the site opens the way you left it. If you start writing a message and go elsewhere — to this page, for instance — the draft is held for the life of that browser tab so you do not have to type it again, and is discarded when the tab closes or the message is sent. Both stay on your device. Neither is ever sent to us on its own.
Server logs: Our hosting provider records ordinary technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site available and secure.

Statistics

We count visits with Umami, which we run on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites or build a profile of you. What it records is the page, the referrer, and a coarse description of the device — browser, operating system, screen size, country.

It also records a handful of anonymous events, so we can see which parts of the site are used: opening the AI consultant, sending it a message, moving to a section, turning to another work, opening Telegram or WhatsApp, downloading a plugin. The events carry no content. Not the text of your message, not your name, not your email address — only the number of a work or the name of a plugin, both of which are printed on the page for everyone to see.

There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking and no profiling on this site, and we set no cookies of our own.

The legal basis

Where the GDPR applies to you, we rely on your request to be contacted — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) — and, for keeping the site running and secure, on our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f).

Who else sees it

Google — only the messages you type into the AI consultant, and only to generate its replies.
Our hosting provider — as an unavoidable part of serving the site and delivering the messages you send.
Nobody else. The statistics above are collected by software we run ourselves, on our own server, and are not shared.

Both are outside the European Economic Area, so your data may be transferred beyond it. We are not in the business of selling, renting or trading personal data, and we do not.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and the correspondence that follows them are kept for one year, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

What you can ask for

Where the GDPR applies to you, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to hello@paradizerender.com and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live.

Children

This site is for people commissioning professional work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
